Basic Crafting Recipes

So you are now getting started in "Minecraft"and don't know the most basic crafting recipes and guides.but don't worry the creeper guide is here to help! and we'll start by crafting basic things

• Wooden Planks-In order to make wooden planks you must first open the your inventory and put wood in one of the squares of the 4 square spaces(doesn't matter where you put the wood but just fill one square only)*you can look at the picture to see a example*

• Crafting table-In making a crafting table you must first make wooden planks.After making it fill each squares with wooden planks to make a crafting table.*as seen on the picture*

• Sticks-In making sticks you fill two squares with wooden planks "vertically".This is one of the essential items in making Tools like swords,pickaxes,axes,and hoes. Sticks are also needed when making arrow,rails,ladders,signs,banners,levers,item frames,fence,fence gates,etc.

• Tools  

1.Sword-To make a sword you must have a "crafting table",Sticks , and some wooden planks to craft a sword you first open your crafting table then you will see a 9 square crafting place unlike your inventory with just 4.after that put your stick in the lowest part of the crafting place (anywhere) then put a wooden plank *above* the stick.then put another wooden plank above the first wooden plank *look at the picture*

2.Axe-To make a Axe you need 2 sticks, 3 wood, and a crafting table.To make a Axe you must put 1 stick in the bottom middle and center middle then put the plank on the top middle, top right corner, and middle right side.The Axe is for faster chopping of wood, anything related to wood it will chop it down faster than you average hand.

  3. Pickaxe-To make a pickaxe you need 2 stick, 3 wood, and a crafting table again.A pickaxe is the most important tool you need for playing minecraft because without it you can't get those mouth drooling ores like diamond,iron,gold,coal,redstone, and more. it is the most essential tool in minecraft because when you punch stone and the ores with your hand you wouldn't get anything because it would break.

 4&5. shovel & hoe-To make a shovel you need 2 sticks,1 wood, and a crafting table. A shovel is important for when you need dirt,sand,soulsand,and more.This will have the same effect as the axe (it would make you gather those faster than using your hand).This is also quite useful when your building things to get up to something or to cover something because it not only fastens your work time but it also increases your effectiveness.

 Yeah here it is the most useless tool of all basic tools in minecraft exept for farming crops (no offence).To make a Hoe you need 2 wood,2 sticks, and a crafting table. This tool lets you carve dirt and lets you make the dirt more useful.It is used for farming and designing(ahhhh).

• Armors these are for lessening the damage of  mobs,falling,burning, and more. These can be made with Leather,ores.These can also be found in random chests(not all the time).

Helmet, Chestplate, Leggings, Boots Lets start with Helmet,To make a helmet you need to put your ore/leather on the crafting table with 1 on center left and right sides,1 on top left, middle and right.

   

Second is the Chestplate,to make a chest plate you have to fill the whole crafting table exept for the top middle square.

 

Third is the Leggings,To make a Legging you need to fill every thing exept the center middle, and bottom middle square 

The last one is the Boots,To make boots you have to fill the bottom left and right corners, and center left and right sides.

• Furnace                                                                                      After gathering enough cobblestone you are able to make this.this will smelt all your ores and cook your food (all meat ,potatoes, and some fish).By smelting your ores you are able to use them for armor,tools,ingots,and more.By cooking your food your food will restore more hunger bars therefore making you eat less (but don't keep the uncooked potatoes for too long because it will rot therefore poisoning you).To make a Furnace you need to fill every square in the crafting table exept the center middle square. 

• Bed                                                                                            You must have wondered how to make the night past quicker.You can make a bed! yaay. To make a bed you need to fill the center row with wool and the bottom row with wooden planks.(to get wool you have to kill a sheep or shear it)(to get shears you have to put 2 iron ingots diagonally anyway).

• Chest                                                                                          yeah you maybe wondering my inventory is full and I need to store stuff is there anywhere I can place it?You can make a chest!A chest is to store stuff it has alot of space and when you put 2 chest beside each other it becomes a large chest with more space.To make a chest you need to fill the crafting table like the furnace but with wooden planks.you can also make ender chest which other players can't access your items exept you (if you open other peoples ender chest it would just be the same as your chest because it is YOURS meaning you can't steal).The ender chest can be obtained by putting a ender eye in the center middle and surrounding it with obsidian(which is obtained by pouring water to a main source of lava) ( FYI this chest is for later game use).

• Bucket                                                                                        A bucket is for getting water,lava,fishes, and more.To make a bucket but a iron ingot it the bottom middle and 1 on the center left and right.it is useful for obtaining obsidian and a cobble gen.(obsidian is used for the ender chest, nether portal,and more).

• Torch                                                                                                                                                A Torch is for lighting the dark like from caves or your own house.You can craft a torch by putting a stick in the bottom middle and a coal in the center middle.Sorry image corrupted and won't save :/
